INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT METHODS

We encourage international buyers to use PayPal as a checkout method for better service.

Although our regular checkout accepts credit cards issued outside of the United States, If your credit card is issued by a bank outside of the United States, please use PayPal to complete your order to avoid any delay in processing your order.

We are located in New York so we normally would charge tax for orders shipped to an address in New York. In order to avoid penalizing our valued NY customers, we have made special arrangements. For New York orders we discount the product price so that when sales tax is added, the total price is the regular price of the item. When checking out you will see the regular price with no sales tax.

For all other states we do not collect sales tax.

When will my order be shipped?
We pride ourselves on shipping your order quickly. 99% of in-stock orders leave our warehouse within one business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed for shipment on Monday. Please note, Sundays and holidays do not count as a business days.

Where will my order ship from?
Most orders ship from our main warehouse located in Manhattan, New York. Occasionally items are sent directly from a manufacturer’s US warehouse.

How will my order be shipped?
For all physical addresses, we use UPS express and Ground services within the 50 US states and the District of Columbia. Orders to P.O. Boxes, US Territories and US Military addresses will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.

Will you ship to a P.O. Box or a U.S. Military address (APO/FPO)?
Yes, we will! Just be sure to note the correct shipping address. Tracking is not available for Military Mail.

Will you ship to an address outside the United States?
Yes. Please see our International Shipping section for more information.

What will shipping cost?

  • Overnight Express in U.S.= $30
  • 2Day Air in U.S. = $15
  • Ground Service in U.S = $9
  • International Priority Mail (worldwide) = $40
  • International Express = $60
  • These shipping offers are available regardless of how your order is placed (e.g. online, by phone, etc.). Our free shipping offers cannot be combined with any other offer or coupon. All other shipping methods are automatically calculated upon checkout from our online store. In order to process overnight requests, orders must be made before 5:00 p.m Eastern Standard Time (EST).

    Does free shipping apply to phone orders?
    Yes. All free shipping offers shown online are valid for orders placed by phone.

    Is a signature required for delivery?
    Unless specifically requested by our customer, we do not require a signature upon delivery. We cannot guarantee that UPS, FedEx or USPS will leave a package without a signature, as the final decision on whether it is safe to leave a package falls to the individual delivery person.

    When will I receive my order?
    If a product is not available or back ordered an associate from SHERMANSHOES will contact you promptly to inform you of the situation. In stock orders usually ship the same or next business day.
    Once your order ships, shipping time will depend on which shipping option you choose.
    Delivery time increases with distance from the Shermanshoes. warehouse in Manhattan, NY. All orders placed within the United States should arrive within 7 business days.

    We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from ShermanShoes.
    We guarantee all products purchased from SHERMANSHOES is authentic and is free of any manufacturing defects. If you discover a defect in your product please stop using the product and contact us at your earliest convenience. 1-888-750-9230 or email cs@shermanshoes.com

    Shoes in new, unworn condition can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of customer receipt (less shipping charges).

    No refunds will be given for WORN merchandise.

    Product(s) MUST be returned in NEW condition with the original invoice and the original un-damaged packaging (including all contents) in order to qualify for a refund. Please DO NOT use the shoe box as the actual shipping carton (example: taping the shoe box closed and affixing the mailing label directly to the shoe box). This will damage the packaging and will result in a $20.00 replacement shoe box fee, which will be deducted prior to any refund.

    Items listed as "All Sales Final" cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

    We process most returns within 5-7 days of their receipt back to our warehouse. Once your refund has been processed it can take your bank up to 10 days to post the credit to your account.

    There are 2 ways to make an exchange:

    1. We can enter a new order for you, charge your card again, and ship the new item. Then, when something is returned back to us we will refund you accordingly.
    2. Send back the original pair with a copy of your receipt and a note asking for an exchange. Once we receive the original pair back, we will enter a new order for you and refund the original order.
